Returns and Refunds

At Zaymora we want to make sure you are happy with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we offer an easy returns and refund policy.

1. Return Policy

1.1 You have the right to return your order within 30 days of receipt.
1.2 Products must be returned unused, undamaged and in their original packaging.
1.3 Return costs are for the customer, unless otherwise agreed or the product was delivered defective.

2. How do you return a product?

2.1 Send an email to info@zaymora.com with your order number and the reason for return.
2.2 You will receive further instructions and the return address from us.
2.3 Pack the product carefully and return it to the specified address.

3. Refund

3.1 Once we have received and inspected your return, you will receive a confirmation email.
3.2 The refund will be processed within 14 days via the payment method you used.
3.3 If the product is not returned in its original condition, we reserve the right to make a partial refund.

4. Exceptions

4.1 Gift cards and discounted products cannot be returned.
4.2 Products damaged due to misuse are not eligible for return.
